Frequently asked questions

Which Bibles does Sermonpage include?

Three public-domain translations: the Berean Standard Bible (BSB), the King James Version (KJV) and the World English Bible (WEB). They are stored in the app, so verses open with no network. BSB is the default. To change it, open Settings > Bible text > Bible translations. You can also switch translation on any verse.

Why can't I pick another translation?

Many popular modern translations are copyrighted, and their publishers license them to organizations rather than to small independent apps. Sermonpage includes public-domain translations only, so every verse can be stored on your device and used offline.

Is my audio uploaded anywhere?

No. Recording, transcription and summaries happen on your iPhone or iPad. There is no account and no Sermonpage server. See the Privacy Policy.

What audio can I import?

M4A, MP3, WAV and CAF files. In the library, tap Import audio and pick the file from Files.

Why don't I see an AI summary?

AI summaries, key points and discussion questions are part of Sermonpage Pro and work on supported devices: an iPhone or iPad with Apple Intelligence turned on (Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri). Every device, with or without Pro, gets an outline of the verses, your marks and the key sentences. Everything the app writes is labelled "Auto-generated", so check it against the recording.

The transcript has mistakes. Can I fix it?

Transcripts come from your device's speech recognition and can miss names, quiet speech or words over music. Recording close to the speaker helps. Tap any line to hear that part of the recording, and add a note with the correction.

How do I export a sermon?

Export is part of Sermonpage Pro. Open the sermon, tap Export, then Create PDF or Create Markdown, and tap Share to send it to Mail, Messages, Files or another app. Exports include the transcript, your notes, the outline and the verses with their translation.

Does my library sync between my iPhone and iPad?

Your library stays on the device where you made it. To move a sermon to another device, export it as a PDF or Markdown file.

How do I restore Sermonpage Pro?

Sign in with the same Apple Account you bought it with, then open Settings > Sermonpage Pro > Restore Purchases in the app. The plans screen has Restore Purchases too.

How do I cancel?

In the app, open Settings > Sermonpage Pro > Manage Subscription. Or on your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Sermonpage. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all App Store payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete a recording?

In the library, swipe left on the sermon and tap Delete. This removes its audio, transcript and notes from the device.
