Terms of Use
Effective October 31, 2026
Sermonpage is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These terms add a few points specific to Sermonpage. If they ever conflict, the standard EULA wins.
Recording
You are responsible for what you record and import. Get permission where it is needed, follow your church's, school's or venue's rules about recording, and respect the rights of speakers in what you share.
Transcripts, outlines and summaries
Transcripts are made automatically by your device's speech recognition and can contain mistakes, especially with names, quiet audio or background noise. Outlines, summaries, key points and questions are auto-generated and labelled "Auto-generated" in the app. Check anything important against the recording and the Bible text before you rely on it or share it.
Bible texts
The Berean Standard Bible (BSB), King James Version (KJV) and World English Bible (WEB) included in the app are public domain, from eBible.org.
Sermonpage Pro
Sermonpage Pro is an optional purchase sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. The plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your content
Your recordings, transcripts and notes are yours. They are stored on your device (and in your own iCloud if you turn on iCloud sync). We don't receive a copy, so we can't recover them if you delete them or lose your device.
No warranty
Sermonpage is provided "as is", as described in the standard EULA.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
